<description>I had a similar thing happen to me when I lived in San Francisco. We had 1 spot given to us when we moved in. Many months later we noticed this BMW was parking in our spot so we put a note on the car asking them to stop parking in our space. We got a note back tell us that the spot belonged to them. So we went to our leasing office only to find out that that spot we were using was never in our lease and it had been given away. This was their fault for making the mistake and ours for not making them put our car spot in our lease. It took weeks for them to find us another spot. We were very angry about this because finding a spot on the street was almost impossible. They ended up giving us a spot slightly farther away. I guess the worst part was that they wouldn&#039;t give our spot back even though we had had it first and for so long. :(</description>
